Hi,
So today I turned on my Alienware x51 PC to see that it kept going to a screen that asked me for my keyboard preference and it showed me many options to restore. It kept doing this in a loop so I decided to restore to a past date. However, when I tried this it kept giving me an error that said my an anti-virus was prohibiting it from restring properly. The only problem with this is that I can't even get into my PC to disable the anti-virus. I could really use some help!
