1. Reset the BIOS and check results...

2. If still the same issue, enable the BIOS quick post (however it's called in your BIOS) it's the setting that hides the motherboard logo... enable quick post to hide the logo, disable to show the logo. This can sometimes solve this type of issues
3. If that still doesn't help, a hard BIOS reset may do it...
a) remove the AC power cable or turn the PSU switch off,
b) remove the BIOS battery from the motherboard,
c) press the power button ahd hold it pressed for a minute...
d) wait 5 to 10 minutes for the BIOS to reset before putting the battery back on.
4. If still having the issue, update/flash the BIOS
5. If nothing yet, try a different PSU
EDIT: Also check the BIOS SATA Controller settings.. try different settings from SATA in AHCI or IDE Mode.
