Question Windows task manager and Nvidia app

Hello! I recently installed Stalker 2 and I found that the task manager reports about 80-90% CPU usage, while Nvidia app reports 60-80% CPU usage, during gaming on high preset. Which of them are true ?

My PC:
Ryzen 5 7600 (non x)
32GB DDR5 6000MHz (2x16GB)
RTX4060 12GB
M.2 PCI-e 4.0 1TB SSD
650W PSU (Super Flower)

I installed Afterburner and it reports about 15-20% less than the task manager ...
Also, the HWinfo64 reports the temperature just like Afterburner, with some minor diferences.

Polling interval may not be same in all those programs. longer it is more rounding up of numbers and less peaks detected.
