Windows time not updating

Basically I noticed windows time not updating about 3 days ago.
So far I have tried 3 different Motherboard battery's and reset the bios.
It only happens when i switch my pc off at the plug socket.

So has anyone got any ideas what maybe causing this? As it is starting to annoy the hell out of me.

Are these batteries new or old ones?

I tried 2 from other pc's I have around the house then got a new one when they made no difference.

1. Windows Date and Time isn't configured properly
2. Windows Time is disabled in Services

Already checked both of them. I am puzzled myself that's why asking on forum

Ok on 26 April 2011 I purchase XFX 750W Black Edition PSU.

My Bios don't have the setting Update ESCD. So that is not the cause.

Anyways I tried my old PSU and am not getting any problems everything is working fine. The problem being is I want to know how would they test for this? I am 100% certain it is the PSU causing the problem as have spent the last week troubleshooting it.

What my chances of getting an RMA for this?

High, contact the shop, or website you got it from, and find out what you have to do.
