Windows Trial cause me BSOD

Hye,last week my pc got a blue screen warning that says "Log file C\Windows\system32\Logfiles\srt\srtTrail.txt"

then i send my pc to store to get it repaired.The worker say that i need to get a geniune license to avoid this bluescreen cause the bluescreen happen because the trial has limitation in updating,so when the update fail in the trial version,it will start bsod.He say if i get the license,it will be alright.

what you guys thinks?should i buy the license or send my pc to other store?

Which specific Windows 10 version are you using? There is no "trial" of anything but Win 10 Enterprise, or the associated Server variants.

"srtTrail" has nothing to do with "trial".
That's a startup repair log file.

I installed my windows 10 pro using media creation tool,when it ask for the license key i just click the "i dont have product key" thing..then it give me the trial version which has watermark on the bottom left corner.

That's not a "trial". It is the regular Win 10 Pro, just Unactivated.
It has NO problem with updates. I have a Win 10 Pro, installed in a VM, to test exactly this. Installed on Dec 8 2016 (612 days ago). It updates just fine.

It also has nothing to do with your bluescreen issue.

oh,i see.So what is the possible issues causing this problem?because this error code happened month ago then i fully formated the hdd then i install back the windows.But the problem seems to be happen again,with error code "Critical Process Died".After a few restart,i get the pc bootup like normal,then a messenge pop up that says "click to repair disk error".After that,it started to show the error code "srtTrail.txt".

This is a hardware issue.
srtTrail.txt is a logfile of what happened.

And that is the problem.
Your drive is dying, and has no space to try to recover those corrupted files.
It is not due to the unactivated state of your OS license.

Thats a strong probability.

The manufacturer will probably want you to try to run their own diagnostic tool.

WD Datalifeguard or Seagate Seatools
