[SOLVED] Windows UI Glitches.

Hi guys.
I have problem with UI Glitches (Artifacts?).

My spec:
i7 7820x
RTX 2070 Super Founders Edition
MSI x299 RAIDER
64GB RAM
PSU: SEASONIC 750 W GOLD

What i tried?

Make fresh install of Windows 1903 and 1909
Scan virus,Memory TEST,HDD and SSD test.
Tried diferent GPU drivers.
Check temp of CPU and GPU they normal.
When the problem start in Event Viewer is no Error.
Also CPU,GPU,HDD,RAM usage is normal.

Possibly a display drive issue.
In Windows visual effects, try disabling the 'fade or slide menus into view' setting and see if the issue goes away. If it does check for graphics driver updates. If you are 'tweaking' your graphics settings try resetting everything to default.
