How to repair W10 update 2024 - 01 KB5034441

Error code 0x80070643

Every time I manually search for updates this one shows up but always fails.

I ran the update troubleshooter but it yielded no fix. I went through official MS support with a live chat, got ghosted.

From my research on the error code some microsoft threads say it's because of the size of my recovery partition. I tried to change the size based on answers from that thread but I am unable to change the "recovery" partition.

Is there a remedy for this?

unless you want to go through the hassle of recreating your bootable USB installer for the OS, deleting all your partitions on the OS dive and then reinstalling the OS. Yes you read all that right. Windows 10 will be 10 years next year and Microsoft won't do anything about it as they will focus on Windows 11 and their next OS.
