Windows update , audio , and lots of other system software not able to get into or not working.

Hello.

2 weeks ago i had a update on windows update on my Laptop for a windows 8 update. Now my audio is not working. I Cannot acces windows update , System restore or what ever, Re installed drivers also no working. Some one had an idea how to solve this besides re installing the OS?

That is one of the problems, I cannot acces my windows update it opens the window but never complete loading :S

I ran a scan, The laptop is very new but i cannot effort losing it for 1 week to let the store repair it due school work. I feel verry frustrated about this. Thanks for the help so far! your comments are very well thought off
