Windows Update Error

I'm trying to download "Windows 8.1 Update for x64-based Sytems (KB2919355) and am getting the error 8024200D. I have scoured the internet, to no avail.

This update is required to download future updates. You contradicted yourself, you said you didn't get any security update but you also said you manually updated.

i mean i manuaLly update any other Windows UPDATE.

I figured it out, I used DISM to repair my windows update. It installed, but upon restarting it said "Unable to apply changes, undoing update". My computer then restarted, said the same thing, restarted again and successfully booted. I was going to check for an error code, but then to my surprise, all updated were installed. Windows, you don't makes sense sometimes. So, as it appears I am up to date, thank you all for your swift assistance, and have a good day.
