I installed this update, rebooted and after 2 hours of it running - gave up and powered off. Rebooted - same problem. Powered off again and eventually it said it was uninstalling. After 4 hours - gave up - rebooted in safe mode - after 5 minutes - it uninstalled and came up ok.
Rebooted - very slow - took almost an hour to reboot. But finally came up and ran normally. Rebooted again - normally.
Update history shows it installed - but it still is in the avaialable updates list.
