Windows update fails

For a while ive been having troubles with windows updates. Theres currently 11 important updates that I cant seem to install. Whenever I try to, the error 800B0100 appears and I can't do anything. I've looked up online, no results, Ive used the SUR tool but it didnt help. I dont know what to do.

heres my rig
Windows 7 64xbit
CPU:Intel i7-4790k
Motherboard:ASRock z97 Pro4
GPU: NVidia GTX970
RAM: Ripjaws 2x8

Install them 1 or 2 at a time to narrow down which one is the problem one.

I agree, the 3102810 rollup is helpful.

You may also need KB3112343 for Windows 7. This fixes the new updater.

Neither the troubleshooter nor both solutions proposed are working, I might end up having to do a fresh restart

On a fresh Win 7 Pro 64 install from ISO disk, searching for updates just ran forever doing nothing. So I researched this more deeply and found this is a known problem. If the searching for updates never finishes on new installs of Windows 7, follow these steps. Install these in order and reboot as requested. Hover over the link to read full address and pick 32 or 64 as appropriate.
