hello People of Toms Hardware. i am trying to update my PC and the update keeps failing to download.

dont know Why!

Ok! SO? i downloaded This File >>> https://catalog.s.download.windowsu..._fe3aa2fef685c0e76e1f5d34d529624294273f41.msu

opened it And installed it And it successfully installed 100% 😀😄

and!! when i rebooted i went into Windows Update And re checked for updates and it said NO MORE Updates needed.

Try this People if you having problems with KB5028166 😉
