Last night I shut down my computer for Windows updates. I got home, turned it on and everything seemed normal. I got a notification to update my graphics drivers. I did that, then in the process of the screen flashing and resolution changing, my main screen got stuck on one monitor. I'm running duel monitors and only one is being detected. I restarted my computer about 3 times and it hasn't fixed it and I also re-installed the drivers again. I can't play games, my Windows theme is stuck on the Basic theme even though I chose Aero. Everything seems a little laggy but not too bad. I don't know what is wrong. I checked if there was any more Windows Updates and there was an optional update. I tried updating it but it failed to update. I don't know what to do.

Thanks

I'm running Windows 7 x64.

Solution
Have you tried restoring to a point before the update? If not, do so by:

1. Start/Windows + R
2. Type in "rstrui.exe"
3. Press enter
4. Follow on-screen instructions
