Windows Update Problem (Vista, 32 bit)

I keep getting requests to install SP1 (KB936330).

According to the history, I have three of these installed.

But I can't find it when using Control Panel - Programs - Installed - Updates.

My aim is to install SP2 (no sign of it in Windows Update) so that I can move from IE 7 to IE 9.

Advice please.
