Windows update problem?

every day this happens a few times a little white flag appears in the bottom of my screen with a red x and it says windows update is turned off or whatever and even when i answer it a little while later it will be back again this has been happening since the 24 of December 2014 when i got my PC but only recently it has been happening multiple times in a day please help i am very worried

you turned windows update off...
2 options turn it back on, or click on the flag, open action centre and click Change action centre settings and turn off the lick next to windows update. Both of those should shut it up.

i just figured out something it only pops up when i launch a game called CS GO...
