Windows Update problems - How i can remove this permanent updates ?? Please help me :(

Look this image:

I have this problems from two or three days....... i have tryed to restart my windows 7 so many times and shutdown completely again but during shutdown no updates start to be installing!

Same result on restart:
Before restart no updates it's be installing and at the restart this "!" mark appears on start menù only after some seconds at boot up.

I have opened the WindowsUpdate.log (from c:\windows) and the ReportEvents.log (from c:\windows\softwaredistribution) and apparently there's no errors inside but if it's necessary i thinks i can host this file (or other file suggested)...

Please help....... thanks in advance.

Follow my instruction.............

1. Go-to _____START > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Update > Change settings >----
2. then chose option "Never Check for Update(Not Recommended)" from 'important update' >----
3. Restart your PC....

your problem will be solved............

The best solution it's disable the automatic update ?? I don't thinks............
