Windows update (tiworker.exe) High CPU and is hiding itself

The TiWorker.exe is using excessive amount of CPU turns on every 10 minutes or so and keeps being turned on unless i bring up taskmanager then it kills itself. Then i close taskmanager and 10 minutes later it returns and i open taskmanager and it dissapears.

I have already tried the sfc /scan now and dism.exe /online /cleanup-image

Did some checking and the tiworker that is killing itself shows as tiworker.exe while the windows update function shows as windows modules installer worker. I did scan with malwarebytes but found nothing. Im worried there is some virus of some sort but unsure how to proceed
