[SOLVED] windows update

I had to install a fersh OS on the PC that is WINDOWS 7 home basic, files like video editors aren't opening and I want to update the windows . I checked system details it shows service pack1.
what's new in service pack 2 or3?

most likely drivers are not installed or up to date. Install chipset, video and sound drivers, as well as LAN for your motherboard.

there is no official SP2 or 3, just an update pack

the mobo is zebronics H61, 64 bit O.S, how do I update the drivers that you mentioned?
any information on it?
