Question Windows usb boot

Hello, I do have a problem with installing windows 10 from USB flash drive. I loaded boot selection options (f10) that comes up with hard drive sata, sata cd/dvd and usb hdd what is my memory stick. Whenever I press enter to select usb the screen blinks and goes back to the same selection screen. The same happens if I press boot from disk because these are empty and cleaned. Can anyone help please.

Check the Flash Drive if the Windows files aren't corrupted.
And, also check if the OS is in the Flash drive

It's possible, USB flash drive is prepared for UEFI install, but your laptop doesn't support UEFI boot.

Recreate win 10 installation for legacy boot. Use rufus.

Make sure the bios boot option is set to what the USB is made for,both have to be either UEFI or both have to be Legacy(MBR)
