Windows Vista Aero Not Working!

Today I upgraded my graphics card from the GT 630 to the MSI Radeon HD 7850 2GB OC. After uninstalling the old drivers and installing the new drivers I had to restart my PC. After restarting my PC my theme got changed to the Windows Classic theme. I tried to change it back but it won't go back to Aero!

Right click on your desktop and left click on Personalize
Click on Window Color and Appearance
On the drop down list pick windows Aero
Click Apply and ok

I found out the problem, Hamachi was messing up Aero so a uninstalled it. Now Aero works.
