Windows Vista- Cant log in- Spny Vaio

Hello,
When I enter my password- WELCOME appears (for longer than usual) then I get the msg. wrong user name or password. I have tried over and over again- sometimes I don't even get to WELCOME - just wrong password...I am entering the same password! Please Help. Geik Squad just had my computer to replace the fan - this problem started as soon as I got the computer back!

Take it back to Geek Squad and ask them to fix it.
