Windows vista recovery manager factory settings wont restart at boot up

Hello, I'm trying to reset my hp laptop back to it's (out-of-the-box) factory condition. But the damn thing won't let me do it! There should be a !WARNING! sign when you are about to click next. But, nothing happens. A virus may have affected it and the HP Recovery bar is at it's RED colored end. It mentions I'm low on disk space.

There are different causes of the recovery partition running low on disk space. One of the bigger offenders is Norton 360 sticking files in there.
(D: Partition) And there are many others. Take a look in that partition to see what you find that should not be there.
