Question Windows will not detect network ports

The 3 ethernet controllers on my computer are showing as unknown on Windows. I have no access to the internet so I cannot install drivers - neither can I find the drivers manually because I can't check the model of the network card. How can I resolve this?

Run System Information and look

The 3 ethernet controllers on my computer are showing as unknown on Windows.

In device manager find hardware id of the device (something similar to PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV8168 ).
Search for drivers using hardware id.

Are those discrete ethernet cards?
You could probably find some info stickers on cards with model info.
