Hi,
The problem I am having is that when I turn on the
computer it states that windows did not open apologize
for the inconvenience. Also states that I have four
options-file command with prompt, start windows normally,
etc. But it like the computer freezes and nothing happens
no matter what I strike. Please, help!!! My email address
is tswalker20042002@yahoo.com, phone number is 336-538-
1155, evenings are probably the best time to contact me.

Putting your personal information on a public newsgroup like this is not
a good idea. Second, try repairing Windows. Boot off the XP CD, choose
to Install, it will find the existing Windows installation and offer to
repair it, press R to repair, and let it do its thing. Now try booting
into Windows :)
