[SOLVED] Windows wont boot after installing gtx 1060 3gb

I've gone out and bought a Galax GTX 1060 EXOC 3gb to replace my old EVGA GTX 460. I uninstalled the drivers for the old card, shut down, unplugged pc completely, and swapped out the cards. Now, upon attempting to boot the pc up, it gets to the windows splash screen and stops there. No crashing or rebooting, just indefinite loading.

Im running windows 10, 600w PSU, intel core-i7 950, 8gb ram and an older MoBo (AsRock X58 Extreme)

Try using your windows install media to boot to safe mode and install your 1060 drivers.
