Question Windows won't boot after replacing Intel Optane with an M.2 SSD ?

How would I now check to make sure the SSD is running correctly and up to it's caliber?
And anything else i should do when installing a new SSD?
You should check trim status.
With SSD - TRIM should be enabled.

You can run some SSD benchmarks.
Any bios settings to adjust such as Enabling Fast Boot or anything else?
No.
It can cause problems, when enabled. Better leave Fast boot disabled.
With SSD - boot times are insanely fast anyway.
