[SOLVED] Windows won't boot, need help decipher Boot Repair Report ?

So I did something REALLY stupid and used a different cable that did not come with my PSU to try to plug in a new GPU. Turned computer on and saw a quick flash and then totally dead. This is a PC I built about 10 years ago, but was running still extremely well. I replaced one part at a time to figure out the issue, first PSU, then RAM, then motherboard, then CPU. Finally looked into the hard drive and it's pretty clear that the boot drive SSD is damaged. I couldn't get it to mount, but power cycled it a few times and got it to be recognized through USB on another PC I have. BUT, it still wouldn't boot on its own.

I ran Boot Repair off an Ubuntu flash drive and got the results below. Still won't boot. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

You might want to give up on that SSD since I had a similar issue(but one where I didn't fry it on purpose), after getting a SMART error during POST process, I fired up Windows 10's bootable USB installer to try format and reinstall the OS, figuring that perhaps the OS was corrupt but no matter what I did, the SSD would not allow me to delete any partitions, let alone format drives. The SSD did show up in BIOS but not in the OS GUI/Disk Manager so the end conclusion was that the controller on the SSD was dead.
