P.S. Just for reference I have three drives, 1 SSD boot drive, and two HDDs. This is a new drive and it is a Seagate Barracuda 1 TB drive with 6 GB/s transfer rates. My motherboard is the Gigabyte z97x Gaming 5.

Never mind I got it. You are supposed to check to "enable offline files". Something like that. Then I restarted my computer and the drive popped up in disk management, and I allocated it.

It isn't even on disk management.
I can see that the drive is spinning and all because it emits noise and vibrates, but it just won't show even after replacing the SATA cables (both data and power). It isn't in device manager either...
