Question Windows won't load after after first restart on new PC ?

I hope this is the right grouping for this question.

Today i built a new gaming rig for my friend, everything went well until we came to the installation part of the OS. We installed Windows just fine, got to the Desktop, all fine. After we shut the PC down and booted it, the loading circle didn't even load and the PC was stuck on the MSI logo (or somethint similar) all the time. We tried to get into BIOS and reinstall Windows, got to the same point as the first time, then it was stuck again.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Where did you get Windows 10?

Try booting into Safe Mode

Go into BIOS and set POST to be as verbose as possible so POST will tell you what it is doing and what is happening.

I got it from a USB with a Key.
I will try doing what you said and will come back if it doesn't work

more info on system will help.

if you can't get past the spinning circle you can't get to safe mode.

Are you doing anything in bios between restarts?
