I have literally just installed a MSI 970 Gaming Mothrrboard and a new CPU Amd Fx-8150 & I can't get passed the windows loading screen, it loads the circles and in the middle of it crashes and flashes a blue screen with writing I can't quite read in time before it immediately reboots to do the same
Thing over and over, I have kept the same Hard drive but changed the PSU, Graphics Card & RAM but they weren't a problem, the problem
Has arose as soon as I have installed the Mothrrboard and CPU

PLEASE HELP, IF I MAKE NO SENSE PLEASE SAY AND I SHALL ELABORATE

Specs:
GPU - Asus GTX 660 Ti
RAM - 16GB FURY HYPERX
PSU - CORSAIR CX 430

This is because you changed the motherboard. When you change the motherboard, you need to format the hard drive and do a fresh install of Windows.

When you set Windows up on a motherboard (or if a manufacturer does this for you), Windows configures itself to the current motherboard. Changing said motherboard results in Windows being too confused to be able to boot properly.

Also, could you please make your exclamation above the specs not all caps please? It looks like you're yelling.
