[SOLVED] Windows wont load past the "Asrock" Logo screen

Just finished my build and im trying to install windows, i have created an image via the Windows Media Creation Tool.

went to the boot manager > clicked my USB: Partition 1 > windows x64 and now its stuck on the ASRock mobo logo.

Now the question is, how do i get it past that screen and do i need do i need to flash my bios to 1.20 for Ryzen 5000 full support before installing?

ASRock B550 Steel Legend (BIOS 1.10)
32gb 3600mhz
Asus strix 3070
Corsair 750w PSU
250gb NVME
1tb SSD

Corsair is the brand of the PSU, while 750W is the wattage. What is the model of the unit? If you can get into BIOS and remain there indefinitely, update your BIOS like so:
1.2>1.5>1.8. Then try installing the OS with the bootable installer you've created.

Sorry i got the PSU wrong. its an EVGA SuperNova 750w 80+ Gold. do i download the insant flash on ASRocks wesbite or download?

The Media Creation Tool gives options between dorking with images, or, prepping/using a USB flash drive; choose the USB flash drive option.
