Windows wont load up after a driver update

I updated the chipset drivers and when i restarted my computer it started loading up windows and then only appeared a black screen cursor and a cmd.

what are your system specifications? you might be able to try a recovery or reset. You might also be able to make a bootable usb and boot and try a repair that way too.

Start up in safe mode if you can(f8)
use system restore to reset to before the driver update.
