Question Windows won't load when I install second NVME SSD

Hey guys,

Running into a problem, and I need some assistance please.
I have an Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Elite ddr4 motherboard, with an Asus pro NVME M.2 SSD as the Windows drive (Windows 11). Everything works fine with default bios settings.
I bought a second NVWE M.2 SSD, and if I install that, bios won't see any Boot device in the list, even though in the M.2 list it sees both drives. After I activate CSM support and restart, Boot drives will appear, but even if I select the correct one, I get the message to Restart and select a correct boot drive.
If I just remove the new SSD, windows boots just fine.

This MBO has 4 NVME slots, 1 controlled by the CPU and the other 3 by the PCH. The windows SSD is installed in the CPU controlled slot.

Anyone experienced this issue? Is there a config I am missing in Bios ?

First SSD is Samsung 980 PRO 500GB NVMe M.2. with Windows 11 installed
Second SSD is WD Blue SN570 2TB M.2 NVMe brand new, not even formatted.

Tried to put them both on the PCH slots, with the same issue.

MBO Bios version is the last, as I needed to install an Intel 13600k I5 on it

And this is what I get:
