Yesterday i bought a new CPU cooler(CM hyper 212 evo) for my FX-6350. There was a little throwback when i was installing the cooler but i figured it out. After booting my PC with the new cooler installed i did some stress testing for 2 hours with prime95, Temps were more then great and i thought a 5% oc wouldn't be hard for the CPU to handle.
After restarting and going into BIOS i changed the OC MODE from Manual to cpu OC mode and put the OC to 5%. then i messed with the fan speeds for more silence. I ran prime 95 for another hour but when i opened my ASRock extreme utility center the cpu clock speed was 2625Mhz while prime95 was running. Being the dumbo i am i went to the BIOS again and changed the cpu oc mode to manual. Restarting and opening prime95 again showed that it was at 4.2Mhz which is the default boost clock.
After the testing i played a game for an hour and then when i quit it the blue screen of death popped up.
I went to the BIOS and looked if i had made any accidental changes but everything seemed normal. After quitting the BIOS the screen went black and nothing happened for 5 minutes. This was not normal so i restarted the PC. After restarting I couldn't access Windows anymore. After restarting again the computer reccomended me to go to system repair or something for troubleshooting. The loading bar was moving and in the middle of it, it asked me if i would like to fix the problem with system "save" point.
Being desperate i clicked accept and after the restart i booted into windows but everything froze on my desktop. I waiteed for half an hour but nothing had happened and then i restarted again but this time after pressing the restart button it went to a black screen. Waited on the black screen for 10 minutes and then i held the power button down for 5 seconds for it to shut down. I booted up and windows loaded but the time it took was 3 times slower thatn normal. I opened Google chrome and it opened the last saved pages but none of them wouldn't load and then the blue screen of death came again saying for me to check any recent hardware or software changes. After the blue screen the computer "restarted" and went to a black screen again i shut it down again and then after turning on it sent me to system repair again.

Now i opened my laptop and typed this story. Sorry if it is too long but i am desperate.
Any help is appreciated.

Solution
That is the thing. Remove 1 stick. Your blue screens were connected to a memory issue. Remove 1 stick and see if problem persists. If it continues - remove 1st stick and place the 2nd. If it continues - use a different RAM slot. As far as your loading screen goes - windows 7/vista/server (pointer) should lead you to windows load up.

Other possibility of failure for this error to occur is your hard drive.
Go to your BIOS and load the defaults. Try to run the computer like that. On a side note - you never ever OC with both BIOS and Software. You never know when they both might be kicking each other and causing conflicts. Also, by using both BIOS and software OC, you might have in the end applied too much voltage, damaging some of your parts. I hope that is not the case. Try to run with BIOS default and post what happens.

I put the BIOS to default and pressed save changes and exit. It restarted and everything was normal. Windows loaded and i tried opening stuff to make sure that it wasn't broken. But when i tried opening a video only sound came through. After closing VLC it blue screened again and restarted. It offered me the system repair thing but i went on with start windows normally. The windows pulsating screen came and i went to the store. Coming back it was still there and i restarted. Black screen and nothing after 2 restarts.

I tried doing that myself but after i clicked the program on Programs and files blue screen came. Before that though i went to startup repair(which i called system repair before) and after that finishing my computer amde 9 loud beeps.
After that i restarted and went to uninstall the program and the blue screen came it pops up before i the windowslaoding logo coems up. I choose Start windows normally or Start starup repair blue screen pops up before. Now i am stuck on a blue screen after i tried accesing startup repair: http://i.imgur.com/yOfZKCf.jpg

I haven't done anything to the RAM yet. and BIOS says that i have all 8gb of it.(2x4gb

Solution
It is very possible that during the installation of your new cooler, you touched the RAM stick and zapped it with some static electricity. Or you could have just moved it so it did not do good contact. Or damaged the slot. You can try and see if is the stick or the slot. If it was just bad placing - then you can have everything running again.
