So, I bought a HDD and an SSD for the computer I just built (it went well) and during the installation, it asked me where I wanted to install Win7, and obviously I chose the SSD because of the boot time. So, after it installed and I downloaded all my drivers, I go to my computer, and it says my only drive is my 120gb SSD.

Why won't windows recognize my HDD? How do I fix this? Thanks.

Go to start menu , right click on my computer click on manage . then when the window opens , on the left side you will see a list , select disk management.. If u see your undetected HDD there , just right click on it , give it a drive letter (like g or h or d) if u select g , then your HDD will be mounted as g drive in or PC :) happens most of the time if or HDD is fat32
