Hi I accidentally Downloaded/installed a pup (potential unwanted program) and it made unwanted changes and then restarted then got critical process died (bsod)
what should I do?

^what he said. You could do a system repair with the OS disc too.

Download Malwarebytes Anti Malware. It will take care of anything. Update it and do a scan.

You can get an ISO for the disc from Microsoft or from your PC's manufacturer.
