I had to install the Win64 SATA drivers from http://www.tyan.com/products/html/tigerk8w.html
--> http://www.tyan.com/support/html/drivers_support.html . All my hard
drives are SATA.

Almost finished installing.

Installed and running OK. No problems whatsoever after I loaded the
SATA drivers. Man, these dual Opteron 250's are really fast !
