Windows XP embedded problem

Hi guys!
Here's my problem: I work at this printing center and, among others, I use a Konica Minolta Bizhub Pro 6500e printer. This printer comes with an externel controller called Fiery. It's a Fiery IC-306 model and it uses Windows XP embedded as an operating system. A few days ago the Fiery gave me this blue screen error "Registry cannot load Hive file system\system32\config\security" and it freezes. I tried chkdsk command in all it's possible forms from a Hiren's Boot disk. It's saying that it repairs something but when restarting the blue screen error comes again. I wouldn't want to reinstall Windows because I never installed XP Embedded on any other computer, especially on this kind of controllers.
So my questions would be:
Can I manually replace the missing/problem files from another PC with windows XP Professional?
Could someone, who has a computer that runs Windows XP embedded, upload he's entire .. system32\config folder?

I tried to boot with recovery console from a Windows Xp Professional bootable disk, but it is useless, 'cause the disk doesn't "recognize" the installed operating system. So I guess I need a Windows Xp Embedded disk, which I don't have, which anyways I wouldn't know where to get it from.
I'm desperate here. For 4 days I'm trying to solve this and.. nothing!
Still waiting for solutions..!

I tried the link you mentioned but all I could find was some kind of driver for the controller inside the machine. That too installs on the external Fiery controller which I don't have access to since it won't boot up anymore.
I guess this thread can be closed for now. I'll try to contact someone from konica minolta's support page, maybe they could help with this.

Call LANgrafix.com - 847-760-9282 or customercare@langrafix.com - they sell and repair everything EFI Fiery related - you can even buy the system recovery disks which is what you need it sounds like. Cheers.

It sounds like your OS has been corrupted and you need to reinstall the OS and the Efi Fiery software on your IC-306. You should have received the disks from KM with the Fiery when it was installed. If not, you will have to contact your Konica dealer to get them.
You can buy the software from LANgraphics on ebay for $350/best offer.
