windows xp eula error(setup)

so my sisters pc with no os cuz of me
(3 gb ram,celeron 430,80 gb hdd in 2 partitions)it shows settup cannot find the eula press f3 to quit ;-;

Where did you get that copy of XP?

it came with a xp disk(pc)
