Windows XP install disk creation on Windows 7?

I really need to create an install disk for Windows XP temporarily that will work for a few hours without any purchases and I have no other options for operating systems. All I have access to is a Windows 7 PC. I looked it up online but most of them required some software that added more restrictions so I could not burn my disk with it. Are there any current, fully working ways of creating an XP disk from 7?

You would need a Windows XP install media or iso file to create the media. You can't just create it from Windows 7. Does the operating system absolutely need to be Windows XP or Windows in general? You can always download a linux iso and make a cd/dvd/usb install media for free, you could check out Xubuntu (http://xubuntu.org/) or Linux Mint (http://www.linuxmint.com/) for example. Xubuntu is light and works well on older machines aswell.
