After I install XP SP2, Domain users can not execute iexplore.exe, even
though they are a member of local power users.
If a user click Explore icon, he gets an error message that indicates he
does not have a right to execute Explore.
I have to give the user an administrative previlege in order to run Explore.
What kind of chages does SP2 makes on local security setting to prevent
domain users using Explore?
