Windows10 home 64-bit driver installing

Hi! I have this "ssd freeze" problem, which sometimes occures when using windows10. I got an intel-based system so i was going to try installing intel's SATA RAID driver to fix my issue, as this has helped a lot of people.
I just don't know how I can install it, because when i install the "exe" file, it doesn't recognize my components compatible with the driver.
Can you help me with this?

RAM: G-skill ripjaws 1600mhz 1.5v ddr3
SSD:480gb kingston
PSU:corsair cx600
GPU: RX570 4gb

Raid arrangements will not help with the freezes and would complicate the situation considerably.

there may be disk errors on the drive that need fixing .Try chkdsk to search for disk errors

Thanks for explaining why i shouldn't download any RAID stuff. Windows didn't find any disk errors, so in my opinion, this is caused by some windows setting. I haven't changed the settings much, just power plan to high performance and gaming gpu priority value higher from registry editor.
