Windows10 Not snappy

Windows 10 on my new build is not snappy, it sometimes freezes out of nowhere. Temperature is all under control. I had a fx 6300 with internal gpu ati hd 3000 and it was much snappier. My current pc specs is ryzen 2400g, ddr4 2*4 2400, asus prime b350m-a, wd blue 1tb. Video card driver is 18.5.1

/close problem solved after chipset driver install, which apparently was not possible because MBsetup dvd was not detected.
