Windows10 OEM cannot "see" the HDDs on install

I am trying to install win 10 pro oem on one of 2 1TB SAS HDDs.. the first drive has win7, the second drive is blank newly formatted... I have a key, and when I get to the screen that asks where do you want to install windows? The screen is blank... Do I need drivers? Chipset, RAID, Controller etc? I cannot find them...

Can win10 be installed on a blank drive while running the installation dvd in win 7 pro?

Dell precision 3600 xeon, 26 gig mem... Intel C600 chipset RAID HDD controller... no RAID used...

I believe you need a SAS (maybe RAID) controller driver.

I have tried several from the Dell website for the 3600, and I have installed compatible drivers, but still no HDDs...

I tried SATA HDD driver, and Intel c600 chipset RAID controller driver... not work...

I just dont know exactly which driver is needed...
