Winload.exe corrupted or Missing?

So, last night I came back to log onto my computer to see a blue screen saying winload.exe is working. I loaded my system with my win 10 ish but when I press startup repair, it fails. I used the bcd repair command in and but when I press Y, it says it's an invalid element! I got a ssd a month or so ago, so I think that might be the problem

It's a corrupt OS. You should try and reinstall the OS after recreating your bootable installation drive(USB or CD) to rule out a corrupt installer. Check out this tutorial.
