WinServer2003 none of PW reset pgms work...help!

my business uses WinServer2003 with a RAID 5 array as fileserver for our network. Now can't login (pw that has worked for years not accepted)...at this point our software can still function but can't access other files on drive. Have tried CHNTPW, via live CD as well as Windows Password Reset and Hiren's...it appears to let me blank admin password, but when reboot still won't login. Tried promoting Guest to Administrator and logging in via that, but also doesn't work. Don't really want to re-install OS, any other options....Thank you very much in advance!!

Sounds like either a corrupt profile or a virus/hack:

Login in with one of your other admin accounts.

See if you can connect via MMC and load the servers computer management plugin. See if you get access to users and groups

Restore your last know good backup or maybe just the admin's user profile.
