WinToolKit refuses to delete from C:\ drive

I made a custom windows 7 iso with updates ect using WinToolkit. The extracted files refuse to be deleted from the C: drive. I tried changing permissions, running command lines in CMD, and using a file manager outside of windows. Any help would be highly appreciated.

A dialog box will pop up and notify you that you will need to reopen the Properties window for this folder after changing ownership if you wish to change permissions.

Judging by the number of files and size of the contents within that folder, it will take quite a while to change ownership of all subcontainers and objects, so be prepared to wait 5-15 minutes for the process to complete.
