Question Wireless adapter won't work

I have a pretty old generic wifi adapter and I tried to upgrade it, but failed in doing so, so I tried to reinstall the old one with the same drivers. I tried doing that and failed, as no networks were being found. I then tried all of the netsh cmd commands, and those didn't work either. I also tried restoring my machine to a previous state... but I got the error that a file can't be accessed... I am really dumbfounded as to why the adapter doesn't work, even though I reinstalled the same drivers...

Mine would connect at full bars but say something like " No internet access" or something among those lines. I've tried every solution in the book
