Today I followed this video on how to create a wireless bridge using two Nanostation M5's. I followed all the steps exactly, did it twice, and yet it still does not show me the bridge between the two devices. Can anyone help?
Here is a quick rundown:
- My objective: To send the signal from Nanstation 1 to Nanostation 2. Device 1 being the first nanostation located at our offices in the front and device 2 being the Nanstation receving the signal for the back of offices. Note the buildings are split with a bit of pavement between.
- Device 1 is located at 192.168.1.30
- Device 2 is located at 192.168.1.31
- Both stations are running the latest firmware (6.0.6)
- Device 1 is running in AP mode and device 2 is in station mode locked to the ap.
After completing alll the steps, I am wondering why I am not seeing them connect meaning I am not seeing the signal strength, etc.
