Question Wireless card not detected on win10

I bought the asus rog strix x570-E, which has Ethernet and WiFi cards preinstalled. Win10, however, doesn’t seem to be recognizing the WiFi card (it’s not shown in device manager) and keeps prompting me to plug in an Ethernet cable when I run the troubleshooting feature of windows. Is this a missing driver issue?
